Artículo 38

Artículo 38. Las ausencias temporales hasta por noventa días naturales de la
persona titular de la Secretaría, serán suplidas legalmente en sus atribuciones por
la persona servidora pública de jerarquía inmediata inferior, que al efecto designe
la Persona Titular del Poder Ejecutivo Estatal, operando la figura de suplencia por
ausencia.
