Artículo 37

Artículo 37. La Secretaría podrá contar con Órganos Desconcentrados que le
estarán jerárquicamente subordinados. Éstos tendrán las facultades específicas
que se determinen en cada caso y de conformidad con lo dispuesto en la Ley
Orgánica, en el decreto o acuerdo de creación que para tal efecto se expida, la
Ley que así lo determine y demás normativa aplicable.
