Artículo 2 Bis
Artículo 2 Bis. - La persona Representante Encargada de Cumplimiento, al designarse mediante el trámite de alta y registro de la persona moral, fideicomiso o cualquier otra figura jurídica que corresponda, deberá, a través del Portal en Internet, enviar la información requerida para completar su designación, utilizando para tal efecto el Formato Electrónico que se acompaña a la presente Resolución como Anexo "B".
