NOTIFICACIONES EN EL JUICIO DE AMPARO. LAS REALIZADAS A LAS AUTORIDADES QUE NO SEAN RESPONSABLES NI ACTÚEN COMO TERCEROS INTERESADOS, SURTEN EFECTOS AL DÍA SIGUIENTE AL EN QUE SE REALICEN (LEGISLACIÓN VIGENTE A PARTIR DEL 3 DE ABRIL DE 2013).
De acuerdo con el artículo 31, fracción I, de la Ley de Amparo, vigente a partir del 3 de abril de 2013, las notificaciones que se realicen a las autoridades que tengan el carácter de responsables o de terceros interesados, surtirán efectos desde el momento en que se practiquen, mientras que la fracción II de ese numeral prevé que "las demás" notificaciones que se realicen en el juicio surtirán sus efectos al día siguiente al en que se realicen; hipótesis ésta en la cual debe incluirse a las autoridades que no sean responsables ni actúen como terceros interesados, sino que su intervención en el juicio de amparo sea en apoyo al Juez Federal en la impartición de justicia, a fin de que aporte información relativa al acto reclamado.
