PRESCRIPCION. PRESTACIONES PACTADAS A PLAZO.
Si para el cumplimiento de una obligación las partes pactaron un plazo determinado, a partir del día siguiente de su vencimiento es que comienza a correr el término de la prescripción conforme al artículo 516 de la Ley Federal del Trabajo.
