ASAMBLEA DE EJIDATARIOS NO CELEBRADA. LAS VIOLACIONES COMETIDAS AL CONVOCARLA SON IRREPARABLES.
Cuando el acto reclamado se hace consistir en la orden para celebrar una asamblea de ejidatarios y ésta no se verifica, deben considerarse consumadas de modo irreparable las violaciones que pudieran haberse cometido en los trámites previos a dicha celebración, tanto más que era en dicha asamblea en donde se cristalizaría el perjuicio, y si las autoridades persisten en que se lleve a cabo nueva asamblea, ello debe ser materia de otro juicio de amparo por tratarse de actos diversos.
