RELACION DE TRABAJO. LA EXCEPCION DE PRESCRIPCION OPUESTA POR EL DEMANDADO NO PRESUPONE SU EXISTENCIA.
El hecho de que el demandado oponga la excepción de prescripción, no presupone la existencia de la relación de trabajo, pues nada impide que aquél oponga las excepciones y defensas que estime convenientes.
