BIENES LITIGIOSOS. LA APROBACION DEL PROYECTO DE PARTICION Y DIVISION DE HERENCIA EN QUE SE INCLUYEN LOS MISMOS ES LEGAL SI NO ORDENA LA ADJUDICACION DE ELLOS.
Es legal la determinación impugnada, que se limita a aprobar el proyecto de división y participación de herencia, de los bienes listados, si en ella se deja pendiente lo relativo a la adjudicación y escrituración de los bienes litigiosos, incluidos con este carácter en el haber hereditario.
