SEGURO SOCIAL, INCORPORACION DE LOS TRABAJADORES ASALARIADOS DEL CAMPO AL REGIMEN DEL.
Es facultad propia del H. Consejo Técnico del Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social, conforme a lo dispuesto por los artículos 14, 252 y 253 fracción IX de la Ley del Seguro Social tal incorporación, requiriéndose de un decreto del Ejecutivo Federal, para que opere la extensión del régimen de seguridad social obligatorio, sólo cuando existan las modalidades a que se refiere el artículo 16 del ordenamiento citado.
