La mentada de madre sí constituye una verdadera injuria grave y causa de divorcio, si se profiere con la intención de ofender y manifestar desprecio al otro cónyuge y no como una simple forma o método de conversar, dada la cultura y educación que se deriven de los estudios de quien la profiera.
