SEGURO SOCIAL, MULTAS POR INFRACCIONES A LA LEY DEL, IMPUESTAS POR EL DIRECTOR GENERAL DE PREVISION SOCIAL, RECURSO INEXISTENTE.
Las multas impuestas por el director general de Previsión Social de la Secretaría del Trabajo y Previsión Social, por infracciones a la Ley del Seguro Social, quedan fuera de los presupuestos de los artículos 127 a 132 del Reglamento Interior de la Secretaría del Trabajo y Previsión Social; en consecuencia, resulta inexistente contra esas multas el recurso a que se refiere el artículo 131 del reglamento interior citado, el cual únicamente se refiere a las resoluciones dictadas por la Oficina de Sanciones de la Dirección General de Asuntos Jurídicos y no a las sanciones que directamente imponga el director general de Previsión Social.
