CLASIFICACIONES ARANCELARIAS. HACEN PRUEBA PLENA (CONTRABANDO).
Las clasificación arancelaria formulada por un vista aduanal hace prueba plena en los términos del artículo 248 del Código Fiscal de la Federación, sin necesidad de que sea presentada directamente ante el Juez del proceso, ni de que su autor la ratifique ante la presencia judicial.
