ACCIONES NO CONTRADICTORIAS.
No son acciones contradictorias la de que el trabajador exija por una parte el cumplimiento de su contrato temporal y por la otra el otorgamiento de su contrato de planta, si las situaciones jurídicas a que se refieren no son otra cosa que modalidades de una misma contratación
