INFORME JUSTIFICADO RENDIDO EXTEMPORANEAMENTE, ES IMPROCEDENTE LA MULTA CONTRA LAS AUTORIDADES RESPONSABLES CUANDO ASI LO RINDEN.
El artículo 149 de la Ley de Amparo, sanciona la falta de informe y no su rendición extemporánea, por lo que si en tales condiciones se impone multa a una autoridad responsable, debe revocarse ésta.
