Cualquier beneficio del Contrato-Ley superior a los que fija la Ley Federal del Trabajo, es obligatorio en la profesión, sin que obste en este sentido, lo dispuesto por el artículo 74 del Código del Seguro Social, ni las cuantías básicas que en él se fijan.
