AUXILIARES DE LAS JUNTAS, VALOR DEL DICTAMEN DE LOS.
El dictamen del auxiliar del presidente de una Junta, sólo expresa las conclusiones que deban contener, a su juicio, los puntos resolutivos del laudo que se pronuncie, atento lo dispuesto por el artículo 535 de Ley Federal del Trabajo; pero ello no significa que el dictamen de dicho auxiliar, obligue al presidente y le impida sustentar un criterio distinto al del auxiliar y votar libremente en la diligencia a que se refiere el artículo 539 del mismo ordenamiento, según lo crea debido en conciencia.
