SUSPENSION SOLICITADA POR EXTRAÑOS A UN PROCEDIMIENTO.
Los terceros extraños a juicio deben acreditar, aun de manera presuntiva, el interés jurídico que tienen para que se les conceda la suspensión definitiva, consecuentemente, si ello no se acredita debe negarse la medida cautelar solicitada.
