SEGUROS, PRESCRIPCION EN CASO DE.
Como de acuerdo con la Ley del Contrato de Seguro, es previo el procedimiento ante la Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público para demandar a una aseguradora, el plazo de la prescripción que establece el artículo 81 de dicha ley, se interrumpe al ocurrirse ante dicha secretaría, y vuelve a empezar a correr hasta que la secretaría notifique a las partes la resolución relativa.
