ARRENDAMIENTO. CONTRATO DE. EL PAGO DE LAS RENTAS POSTERIORES A SU VENCIMIENTO, NO IMPLICA LA EXISTENCIA DE DIVERSO CONTRATO.-
No existe precepto legal alguno del que derive la presunción de que, por el hecho de que el arrendatario haya cubierto diversas pensiones rentísticas posteriores a la fecha del vencimiento del contrato de arrendamiento, implícitamente esté acreditada la existencia de otro contrato, pues para ello es necesario demostrar plenamente tal extremo ya que la ley establece la obligación del arrendatario de pagar las rentas hasta que restituya el inmueble arrendado.
