Artículo 53
Artículo 53. Al término del plazo establecido en el artículo 52, fracciones IVo V, según corresponda, la Comisión verificará que el pago haya sido realizado.
La Comisión en ningún caso otorgará prórroga alguna para realizar el pago de la Contraprestación sobre el plazo otorgado en el Acta de Fallo.
