Artículo 5.6. Ter. Le corresponde a la Secretaría de Movilidad otorgar a particulares, el uso,
aprovechamiento y rehabilitación de espacios públicos que se encuentren en desuso, ubicados en
la infraestructura vial primaria, que podrá incluir la colocación de publicidad exterior, en el
bajo puente.
