Artículo 1513

Artículo 1513.- Si concurren hermanos con sobrinos, hijos de hermanos o de medios
hermanos premuertos, que sean incapaces de heredar o que hayan renunciado la
herencia, los primeros heredarán por cabeza y los segundos por estirpes, teniendo
en cuenta lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior.
