Artículo 2604

Artículo 2604.- Si cubiertos los compromisos sociales y devueltos los aportes de los
socios, quedaren algunos bienes, se considerarán utilidades, y se repartirán entre
los socios en la forma convenida. Si no hubo convenio, se repartirán
proporcionalmente a sus aportes.
