Artículo 284

Artículo 284.- Antes de que se provea definitivamente sobre la patria potestad o tutela de los hijos, el juez podrá acordar, a petición de los abuelos, tíos o hermanos mayores, cualquier medida que se considere benéfica para los menores.
El juez podrá modificar esta decisión atento a lo dispuesto en los artículos 422, 423 y 444, fracción III.
