ARTICULO 1171.- FORMAS DE CONSTITUCION DE LAS SERVIDUMBRES. Las
servidumbres pueden constituirse por la Ley, por acto jurídico unilateral o
plurilateral y por prescripción. Las servidumbres constituídas por la Ley se
denominan legales, las demás se llaman voluntarias.
