Artículo 81

Artículo 81.-Se libera de la obligación establecida en el artículo 75 a los siguientes servidores
públicos:
I. Aquellos que, de conformidad con otras leyes, tengan obligación de guardar reserva acerca de
los datos o información que conozcan con motivo de sus funciones; y
II. Los que participen en tareas de asistencia al contribuyente previstas por las disposiciones
fiscales.
