Artículo 275 BIS 5

ARTÍCULO 275 BIS 5. Cuando en la comisión de un delito previsto en este título intervenga un servidor
público en ejercicio, con motivo de sus funciones o aprovechándose de su calidad de servidor la pena
de prisión se aumentara en una mitad y se le inhabilitara para ocupar cargo, empleo o comisión, por el
mismo término de la pena privativa de libertad.
