Artículo 157 Bis

ARTÍCULO *157 Bis .- A quien disponga de óvulos o esperma para fines distintos
a los autorizados por sus donantes sin su consentimiento, obtenido en términos de
los que dispone el artículo 51 Bis 2 de la Ley General de Salud, se le impondrán
de cinco a diez años de prisión y multa de doscientos a mil veces el monto diario
de la Unidad de Medida y Actualización.
