ARTÍCULO 137. CUANDO EL REO HUBIERE EXTINGUIDO YA UNA PARTE DE SU
SANCIÓN, SE NECESITARÁ PARA LA PRESCRIPCIÓN TANTO TIEMPO COMO EL QUE
FALTARE DE LA CONDENA, Y UNA CUARTA PARTE MÁS DEL QUE FALTE POR
EXTINGUIR; PERO ESTOS DOS PERIODOS SUMADOS, NO EXCEDERÁN DE
SESENTA AÑOS.
