ARTICULO 138.- LA PRESCRIPCION DE LAS SANCIONES PRIVATIVAS DE LIBERTAD
SOLO SE INTERRUMPE APREHENDIENDO AL REO, AUNQUE LA APREHENSION SE
EJECUTE POR OTRO DELITO DIVERSO.
LA PRESCRIPCION DE LAS OBLIGACIONES ECONOMICAS IMPUESTAS AL REO,
SOLO SE INTERRUMPE POR EL EMBARGO DE BIENES PARA HACERLAS
EFECTIVAS.
