ARTÍCULO 277. COMETEN DEL DELI TO DE INCESTO, LOS ASCENDIENTES,
DESCENDIENTES, HERMANOS, TÍOS Y SOBRINOS QUE CON CONOCIMIENTO DE SU
PARENTESCO TENGA CÓPULA ENTRE SÍ.
TAMBIÉN SERÁ INCESTO EL COMETIDO POR LOS PARIENTES POR AFINIDAD O
CIVIL HASTA EL SEGUNDO GRADO.
A LOS RESPONSABLES DE ESTE DELITO SE LES IMPONDRÁ DE UNO A OCHO AÑOS
DE PRISIÓN.
CUANDO LA VÍCTIMA SEA MENOR DE EDAD, SE CASTIGARÁ COMO VIOLACIÓN O
EQUIPARABLE A LA VIOLACIÓN.
