ARTICULO 278.- AL QUE EXPONGA EN UNA CASA DE EXPOSITOS A UN MENOR DE
SIETE AÑOS QUE SE LE HUBIERE CONFIADO, O LO ENTREGUE EN OTRO
ESTABLECIMIENTO DE BENEFICIENCIA O A CUALQUIER OTRA PERSONA SIN
ANUENCIA DE LA QUE SE LE CONFIO, O DE LA AUTORIDAD EN SU DEFECTO, SE LE
APLICARAN DE UNO A CUATRO MESES DE PRISION, Y MULTA DE CINCO A VEINTE
CUOTAS.
