ARTICULO 330.- SI EL ABORTO LO CAUSARE UN MEDICO, CIRUJANO, COMADRON
O PARTERA, ADEMAS DE LAS SANCIONES QUE LE CORRESPONDAN CO NFORME
AL ARTICULO ANTERIOR, SE LE SUSPENDERA DE DOS A CINCO AÑOS EN EL
EJERCICIO DE SU PROFESION.
