ARTÍCULO 336 BIS.- AL QUE TENIENDO LA OBLIGACIÓN DE CUIDAR A UN MENOR O
A OTRA PERSONA QUE NO PUEDA CUIDARSE A SÍ MISMA, EN VIRTUD DE SU
ESTADO DE SALUD; FÍSICO O MENTAL, LO ABANDONE EN FORMA EN LA QUE SE
VEA EXPUESTO A UN PELIGRO CUALQUIERA, SE LE APLICARÁ DE UNO A SIETE
AÑOS DE PRISIÓN Y UNA MU LTA DE TREINTA A TRESCIENTAS CUOTAS, CUANDO
NO RESULTARE LESIONADO.
PARA EL CASO DE QUE RESULTARA ALGUNA LESIÓN GRAVE A LA PERSONA O
PERSONAS ABANDONADAS, SE LE APLICARÁN DE DOS A NUEVE AÑOS DE PRISIÓN
Y MULTA DE SESENTA A CUATROCIENTAS CUOTAS.
