ARTICULO 337.- EL AUTOMOVILISTA, MOTOCICLISTA, CONDUCTOR DE UN
VEHICULO CUALQUIERA, CICLISTA O JINETE, QUE DEJE EN ESTADO DE
ABANDONO, SIN PRESTARLE O FACILITARLE ASISTENCIA A PERSONA A QUIEN
ATROPELLO, POR IMPRUDENCIA O ACCIDENTE, SERA CASTIGADO CON SEIS
MESES A DOS AÑOS DE PRISION.
