ARTICULO 64. - EL DELITO DOLOSO DETERMINA LA PERDIDA, EN FAVOR DEL
ESTADO, DE LOS INSTRUMENTOS CON QUE SE COMETAN, RESPETANDO LOS
DERECHOS DE TERCEROS.
EN EL CASO DE ARMAS DE FUEGO SE ESTARA A LO DISPUESTO EN LAS LEYES
RELATIVAS.
EN SU SENTENCIA, LOS JUECES RESOLVERAN LO PREVISTO EN ESTE ARTICULO.
