ARTICULO 93.- LA AUTORIDAD ADMINISTRATIVA PODRA SUBSTITUIR UNA MEDIDA
DE SEGURIDAD POR OTRA MAS ADECUADA, SI ASI SE ESTIMA CONVENIENTE, DE
ACUERDO CON LA PERSONALIDAD DEL SU JETO Y LA EFICIENCIA DE LA NUEVA
MEDIDA.
