Artículo Transitorio DÉCIMO CUARTO

DÉCIMO CUARTO.- Por lo que toca a las instituciones de banca de desarrollo, se entenderá que cumplen
lo dispuesto en el antepenúltimo párrafo del Artículo 76, respecto de las funciones de control contenidas
en los incisos a), b), c) y d) del Artículo 86, en la medida que cumplan con los Artículos 166 y 167, todos los
anteriores de las presentes disposiciones.
