Artículo 70

Artículo 70. Se instituye el día 28 de marzo de cada año como el Día de
Conmemoración de las Víctimas del Estado de Morelos, como medida de
satisfacción y mecanismo de garantía de no repetición de los hechos violentos del
pasado, sin que exista suspensión de actividades laborales o escolares.
