Artículo 53

Artículo 53.- El sistema de servicio profesional de carrera para los Defensores Públicos
y Asistentes Jurídicos, comprende la selección, ingreso, adscripción, permanencia,
promoción, capacitación, prestaciones, estímulos y sanciones. Este servicio profesional
de carrera se regirá por esta Ley, la Ley Orgánica del Poder Judicial del Estado de
Quintana Roo y por las disposiciones generales que dicte el Consejo de la Judicatura.
Comprende las categorías siguientes:
I.- Defensor Público y Asistente Jurídico; y
II.- Coordinador General de Zona.
