Artículo 69. La seguridad y salud en el trabajo, en las Dependencias y Entidades, se normará por la legislación aplicable, así como por las disposiciones que en esta materia se fijen en las Condiciones Generales de Trabajo o los Contratos Colectivos que rijan la relación laboral en las Dependencias y Entidades.
