Artículo 13

ARTÍCULO 13. Los Reglamentos y acuerdos establecerán el tipo, especialidad y distribución de
funciones de las unidades u órganos a que se refiere el artículo 11.
Como parte de su estructura, la Procuraduría deberá contar con una unidad especializada en materia de
extorsión, compuesta por personal ministerial, policial y analista debidamente capacitado, en términos de
lo dispuesto en el artículo 13 de la Ley General para Prevenir, Investigar y Sancionar los Delitos en
Materia de Extorsión, reglamentaria de la fracción XXI del artículo 73 de la Constitución Política de los
Estados Unidos Mexicanos.
