Artículo 29. Personal de las Salas. Para el desempeño de sus funciones cada Sala tendrá las secretar ías, actuarías ,
auxiliares y demás personal adscrito a cada una de las ponencias de la Sala y su Presidencia , de conformidad con las
disposiciones en materia de carrera judicial, las necesidades del servicio y conforme a la disponibilidad presupuestal.
Cada magistratura propondrá a su personal adscrito para ser designado y removido por la propia Sala , conforme al
Presupuesto de Egresos autorizado.
