Aunque ni en el texto del decreto de veintiocho de diciembre de mil novecientos cuarenta y tres, ni en le dictamen de las Comisiones Unidas de Puntos Constitucionales y de Justicia, impone al Tribunal Superior de Justicia la obligación de separar a todos los funcionarios judiciales o a alguno de ellos, si le dan facultad para hacerlo.
