Artículo 30. Secretaría Técnica y de Planeación. La Secretaría Técnica y de Planeación es el órgano de carácter
administrativo adscrito al Tribunal Superior de Justicia que funge como enlace institucional entre los órganos no
jurisdiccionales y administrativos que conforman el Poder Judicial en materia de planeación, desarrollo de políticas públicas,
proyección y evaluación de resultados, así como de enlace interinstitucional con dependencias y entidades de otros poderes
públicos, organismos autónomos y organizaciones de la sociedad civil.
