Artículo 1

Artículo 1.- La presente Ley es de orden público y observancia general en los Estados Unidos Mexicanos y tiene por objeto regular los servicios financieros que prestan las instituciones de tecnología financiera, así como su organización, operación y funcionamiento y los servicios financieros sujetos a alguna normatividad especial que sean ofrecidos o realizados por medios innovadores.
