Artículo 4
Artículo 4. El Servicio Profesional de Carrera es el sistema integral de carácter obligatorio y permanente, conforme al que se establecen los lineamientos que definen los procedimientos de Reclutamiento, Selección, Ingreso, registro, Profesionalización, Certificación Individual, permanencia, Promoción, reconocimiento, reingreso y terminación del servicio de las personas integrantes de las Instituciones de Seguridad Pública en los tres órdenes de gobierno.
