Artículo 5

Artículo 5.- Para efectos de lo previsto por el sexto párrafo del artículo 1 de la Ley, los proyectos de infraestructura señalados en el mismo, se refieren a los proyectos de infraestructura productiva de largo plazo que contemplan el segundo párrafo del artículo 32 de la Ley Federal de Presupuesto y Responsabilidad Hacendaria y el artículo 18 de la Ley General de Deuda Pública.
