Artículo 5. El Titular del Poder Ejecutivo, podrá suscribir convenios con los
Ayuntamientos y las Autoridades Federales, para la prestación coordinada del
servicio público de Tránsito, en los términos de la Ley, este Reglamento y demás
disposiciones legales y normativas aplicables.
