Artículo 180

Artículo 180.- Cuando en el procedimiento de infracción administrativa en materia de comercio, la
presentación de solicitudes o promociones de personas físicas se realice por conducto de apoderado
acreditado mediante carta poder simple, el Insti tuto Mexicano de la Propiedad Industrial podrá requerir su
ratificación.
En el caso de personas morales, deberá acompañarse del poder general para pleitos y cobranzas o,
en su caso, del certificado expedido por el Registro en el que conste dicha facultad.
